We've been using The Charles Hotel for years for our Annual Marketing Conference. I love the location, the F&B, the staff, and everything about it. Very service oriented, professional, flexible, and friendly.

Stayed four nights at the Intercontinental in Dallas for regional youth soccer tournament. I have only stayed in one other Intercontinental, and I was blown away by everything about that hotel.

The staff here was responsive and proactive in helping make sure our event was a success. We received a lot of feedback from our attendees that the staff was extremely helpful in answering questions, directing them in the right direction, and greeting them with a smile.
