Very interesting. A couple of MRI images would be welcome to aid in location of the tumor by the onlooker. HIstology would also be of interest.

Very interesting case! One of those cases that I only can read about in books and do not see in my own practice. I find it of special interest to see the surgical technique, with water disection, by wich the large cyst is disected free from the brain and lifted of its bed without rupturing. Thank...
