Redesign the canula, make the product smaller but most importantly, get to the level of 99% reliability with at least 95% level of confidence. If customers need to keep 3 PODs as a backup at all time, they will go back to shots (that never fail) like I did.

If you are a severe diabetic, do not use this meter. The readings are off by 100 points. The two meters that I used were both bad. They were recalled. I do not know if the company corrected them or not.

I would recommend this meter, but also, I think that people should get advice as to how to test correctly. I have not found another meter on the market that works as well as this one.
